The United Food Technologies AG has planned and established AquaOrbis AG as the primary contractor of the recirculation aquaculture systems in Jessen. With the patented technology of our partner company a modern and highly efficient establishment was set-up.

This technology is not affected by seasonal and weather changes and this fact is indicated as a special advantage of the unique technological procedure for the economic and ecologically friendly production of sturgeon and caviar. The establishments can be set-up in nearly any and every location worldwide and offer independence from the customary fish buying market. The quality of the fish always remains the same, because the living conditions (water temperature, oxygen content, stress factors) can be regulated and with it optimum growth conditions can be created.

Ecological advantages
Through a highly competitive biological procedure it has been established that environmental pollutants are kept away from the production water, no ground water contamination takes place and the water consumption is very low.
